I’m always overcooking steaks and I can’t seem to get my steaks and chicken just the way I want them. With a Grilltender I get it perfect every time. I like steaks ‘medium’ and all I do is stick a thermometer in the meat and just as it gets to medium-rare I pull it off the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes in the Grill Tender and it’s perfect. Definitely makes me a better grill cook.
